WEA Mission Statement

Strengthening women, one business at a time.

WEA's mission is to strengthen Pacific Islander women, along with others, by engaging women-owned businesses and career professionals. WEA is led by a president and a board who organize workshops, networking events, and offer resources to support the professional growth of Pacific Islander women. The organization is dedicated to advancing women in their executive careers and fostering leadership within the community.
